Exchange Policy

  • All our products are properly checked before dispatch and we do preserve images to ensure the highest level of quality services for dispatched articles.
  • Exchange requests shall only be entertained within 24 hours from receipt of parcel.
  • To initiate an article exchange, kindly notify our customer service department via email at support@cintali.com, providing comprehensive details and accompanying pictures of the product.
  • Exchange shall only be allowed if the article is not used, all tags are intact, and packing is in its original condition. No wear and tear shall be eligible for return.
  • Customers are required to initiate order exchanges exclusively through Leopards Courier Services, accompanied by a completed exchange form.
  • The associated return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note that Articles purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange.
